Translate text
Type or paste text, pick a source and target language, then tap Translate. Leave "Automatic" as the source and the app will detect the language for you.
Swap languages
Tap the arrow button between the two language fields to swap source and target in one tap.
Voice input & paste
Use the mic icon to speak instead of typing, or the clipboard icon to paste text you copied elsewhere.
Read full
Source, translation, and each history entry are height-limited so the screen stays steady. Tap "Read full" (⤢) on any of them to open the complete text in a large, readable overlay.
History
Every translation is saved on this device only (never sent anywhere). Tap an entry to reload it, or Clear to erase all history.
Settings
Tap ⚙ to switch between Light, Dark, and Sepia themes, and to change the text size and font used for translations.
How translation works
This app tries several free translation engines at once (on-device Chrome AI when available, Google, Lingva, MyMemory) and uses whichever answers first. The colored bar shows all 9 supported languages; the current target language lights up brighter.
Install as an app
In Chrome, open the menu (⋮) and choose "Add to Home Screen" or "Install app" to use this as a standalone app with its own icon.
Privacy
Everything runs in your browser. No account, no server of ours, no tracking — text you translate goes only to the translation engine itself, and history/settings stay in this browser's local storage.
